Product Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in clean, brand-new, unwashed condition, free of pet hair, soil, stains, and odors, and packed securely in protective wrapping.
Free Exchanges vs. Returns for Refund
Exchanges: Swapping for a different size, pattern, or color is completely FREE of processing fees. Returns for Refund: Returns for a refund are subject to a $25 processing fee per rug system, deducted from your refund to cover return freight and warehouse handling.
